No Hassle Returns and Exchanges

We understand that sometimes when you order online the item may not fit and this is the same for dog costumes. That's way we have started a new No Hassle Return policy with a few exceptions.

• We allow returns and exchanges. If you want to return an item you will have to return the item to us within 5 days of receipt of delivery not a day late. We check all the post mark dates on items that are returned. If the item is received after 5 days, we will issue you a store credit that will never expire.
• All items that are returned must be in it's original new condition with tags still in tack and not worn at all. Costume must be returned in the same packaging you received your costume in.  All pieces of the costume must be returned as well. If there are pieces missing we will not issue a refund or exchange.
• We charge a 30% restocking fee for all returns. So you will get a refund minus the shipping cost and 30% restocking fee.
• If you would like to exchange a costume for a smaller or larger size. You may be responsible for the difference in cost. You will also be responsible for the shipping cost for the item that you want to exchange.
• We do not issue refunds or exchanges for items that are on sale.

All exchanges require an email notification to us at returns@doghalloweencostumesshop.com. You will receive an email with instructions on where to return your item too and what you need to include in the shipment.
